Bismuth is a metal, element on the Periodic Table #83. Our bismuth is melted at a low temperature by Mark Nordquist Studio, a local sculptor. Just like a box of chocolates. "you never know what you're going to get" as the metal cools and crystla shapes emerge. Each piece is unique in design and color with natural patinas ranging from blues and purples to gods and greens. The crystals can be shrap-edged and are delicate, so handle with care.
